Rust, rust and more rust
With the redevelopment of their small garden the Residents of this semi detached Victorian cottage
were passionate about two things, maples and rusted steel. A maple leaf cameo
on the entrance gates welcomes the visitor and provides a little of what’s to come.
The two dwellings are separated by large laser cut maple leaf panels fitted to the contours
of the wall, roof and pillars.
The cutout leaves provide wonderful shadows as well as intriguing glimpses of the surrounding sun drench maples.
